1. Cut and drill the aluminum to the template
2. Deburr and sand it with fine sandpaper
3. Paint with black spray enamel, let dry more than 24 hours.  Baking is also possible for a harder finish
4. Apply dry-transfer lettering.  Make sure to leave enough space for the washers on the switches!
5. Spray with a varnish or polyurethane.  Let dry as long as possible.  Baking may be possible for this too; check the label
